Ost. Arjun Mehra (M.Ost)
Arjun Mehra is the principle of Jigsaw Osteopathy - graduating with a masters in Osteopathy from Europe’s most renowned osteopathic institution - British School of Osteopathy. He is also a full member of the Institute of Osteopathy and registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
Arjun has treated a range of patients; from athletes to expecting mothers, to working professionals and elderly patients. He has experience working in paediatric clinics, with the HIV wards at the Royal Free Hospital - as well as with acute & chronic patients at general clinics.

For this reason, Arjun tailors treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises to the patient’s specific needs. He believes in treating patients holistically, rather than just with the presenting symptoms.
“I employ a combination of manual hands on treatment including; structural, functional, visceral and cranial techniques to find the root cause of your complaint, and prevent re-occurring episodes so you can get back to optimal health.”
Arjun is renowned by his patients for professionalism paired with strong inter-personal skills. He also incorporates acupuncture, kinesiology taping and percussion therapy - when appropriate for treatment.
Arjun manages a regular development and training schedule to stay up to date with the newest research in Osteopathic and Orthopaedic medicine.
