Insurance Providers
Most private health insurers will cover treatment, including providers such as Vitality, WPA, Aviva, Simplyhealth, Cigna, Health Shield, and Westfield Health.
Please contact your insurance provider prior to booking to confirm your level of cover, authorisation requirements, and whether treatment is included within your policy.
We are happy to provide receipts following treatment sessions where required.
Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost.

*Treatment reports for the purposes of insurance, road traffic accidents and employers, incur an office fee of £45.
